1. What this service is
Have It Sold, operated by AI1AIM Limited Liability Company, a limited liability company organized in the State of Arizona, United States, doing business as Hidden Edge, is a decision-support tool for people who buy goods to resell. It helps you record a downstream buyer, establish a verified floor exit, total your costs and calculate a maximum safe buy price. It is software that organizes your own inputs and evidence. It does not appraise, broker, sell, buy, bid on your behalf without your explicit authorization, or transact on your behalf.
2. No guarantee of results
Numbers shown in the product are projections derived from the information you enter and the evidence you attach. Market prices, buyer behavior, fees, condition, shipping and demand all change. We make no representation that you will earn a profit, recover your costs, or achieve any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for every purchase, bid, sale and business decision you make.
3. Your account
You must provide an accurate email address, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share logins. We may suspend accounts used for unlawful activity, abuse of the service, or attempts to breach other users' data.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Free accounts have monthly usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the price you signed up on until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing & Plan inside the app; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, we do not provide partial-period refunds. If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until the balance is settled.
5. Your data
Your deals, buyers, quotes, evidence and settings belong to you. You can export them from Settings at any time. We store them to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to scrape or bid in violation of a marketplace's terms, to misrepresent goods, to submit other people's personal data unlawfully, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Automated bidding features only operate within limits you explicitly authorize, and you remain responsible for every bid placed under your authorization.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn. We aim to give notice of material changes to paid features or prices; existing subscribers keep the price they signed up on unless we notify them otherwise before renewal.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI1AIM Limited Liability Company is not liable for lost profits, lost inventory value, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
