What we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers. Product data: the deals, buyers, quotes, evidence notes, book scans, shipments, payouts and settings you enter. Billing data: your subscription status, plan and payment-processor customer identifier. Operational data: usage counts for metered features, and error and activity logs.
What we do not collect
We never receive or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
How your data is separated
Every record is stored against your user id and protected by database-level row security, so one account cannot read or modify another account's records. Access is enforced on the server, not only in the browser.
Who we share it with
Only the processors required to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor for subscriptions, and the AI provider that processes listing text you explicitly submit for extraction. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
AI processing
When you paste a listing, upload a manifest or request an explanation, that content is sent to an AI provider to produce a structured result. Do not paste information you are not willing to have processed this way.
Retention, export and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export everything from Settings at any time. To delete your account and its data, email hiddenedgeindustries@gmail.com from your account address; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to cache your working data for offline responsiveness. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
